Join us for a serene and rejuvenating experience at Dania Beach under the moon. Our Beach Sound Bath is an opportunity to connect with nature.

Under the night sky by the ocean, this moon phase invites us into reflection and renewal. The rhythm of the waves and the glow of the moon remind us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and open our hearts to new intentions. Though it’s not a full moon, its gentle light still offers clarity and calm, guiding us inward toward balance, peace, and quiet transformation. This is a time to connect deeply with nature, the sound, and the steady rhythm of your own breath.
