Sound Bath at Sacred Form Yoga Studio

Join us for an immersive sound experience at Sacred Form Yoga Studio. Our sound bath session will be held indoors with great acoustics, providing the perfect setting to relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Please bring your yoga mat, a blanket, or something you would like to lay down comfortably on during the session. You will be guided through a short meditation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. The session will last approximately 60 minutes, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
